I have found this to be very soothing for the tummy and bowel, it seems to calm the bowel quite quickly and also has an affect on regulating bowel movement.
I have found it alleviates griping pains too. I do find this product soothing and helpful for an unhappy bowel.
This product and Probiotic tablets (although not used at the same time) I have found to be helpful with my bowel problem.
